During my Christmas stay, I found some amazing aspects about this hotel. the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, always had a smile on their face! the location of the hotel was perfect for someone who was looking for beautiful views and a peaceful time. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, and the dinner was delicious with great portions.
Although I had a nice experience, I would like to mention a couple of things to improve. the overall decor of the rooms seemed outdated, which affected the ambiance of the room.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-designed. The hotel facilities, including the spacious sauna and relaxing area, were great. The location high in the valley provided a beautiful view of the mountains from every room, the dining room, and the terrace. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices including bread, meat, cheese, and yogurt. The convenient on-site parking made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and tidy. The hotel's location was also a plus, with beautiful views of the valley. The fact that our room had a balcony was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy the scenery even more.
The all-inclusive option for food was a bit limited and lacked variety. While most of the meals were delicious, there were times when the options didn't quite hit the mark.
